Over the past decades, we’ve learned exactly what it takes to craft the perfect kitchen experience for our clients. Our tried-and-true process begins with five steps and ends with your dream kitchen. Here’s how it all comes together.

Step One: Schedule a Consultation

Scheduled in our showroom, the design consultation involves in-depth questions regarding your kitchen wish list. You’ll be able to see examples of a wide variety of kitchen styles, accessories, and countertops to bring your vision to life. This meeting is most effective when you come prepared with photos of your current space, rough dimensions, planned appliances, and thoughts for your new space.

Step Two: Measure

One of Packard’s Kitchens designers will visit your home to gather exact dimensions and discuss any additional specifics. Allow 60 minutes to ensure that all important information is captured.

Step Three: Design Review

About a week after the measure, you’ll come into the showroom for a presentation of your design. We will review computerized 3-D images and present preliminary pricing. You’ll have an in-depth discussion with your designer to get to a design which functions for you and looks beautiful.

Step Four: Order Placement

Once all the details have been finalized for cabinets, cabinet accessories, and finishes, we triple-check details and place your order. We also prepare a complete set of plans for your contractor/installer.

Final Step: Delivery and Installation

We will call you and/or your contractor to set up a delivery date. We are available to discuss installation with your contractor as needed during this process.
